Puppet Makers Studio: Feltbound Friends

Puppet Makers Studio: Feltbound Friends invites young artists to bring their imagination to life through fabric, texture, and storytelling!

In this hands-on workshop, students will design and create their own felt puppet character using layered felt pieces, basic sewing techniques, stuffing, and creative details. They’ll explore how shapes, colors, and textures work together to create a puppet with its own unique personality.

Each Puppet Makers Studio workshop is a complete experience featuring a different puppet style and creative challenge. Students can join one class or return each month to continue building a collection of handmade characters while learning new artistic techniques.

No previous sewing or puppet-making experience is needed. Erin will guide students through each step as they create a one-of-a-kind puppet friend they can take home and enjoy.
