We are happy to return or exchange any item that is defective or broken when you receive it. We understand things happen and will work with you to the best of our ability.

We do NOT offer returns or exchanges if "it's just not like I expected" or "I thought it would be different". The photos you see are the exact piece you will receive. In the case of custom orders, we will work side by side with you to make sure you are receiving what you envisioned or better. You will have several opportunities during the creation process to make adjustments to be sure you will love it.
